About the Role
Christmas Decor is approaching another season!
With the high demand, we are looking to hire 6-10 more employees who are energetic, positive and have a punctual hardworking attitude! Monthly Bonus and season ending bonuses are available.
Training is provided. You will be averaging 9-10 hour days for each desired position to meet our deadlines. Start time typically is between 8:00/8:30 am at our shop located in Hazlelton Pa and Tysons Corner Va. There is an unlimited amount of overtime available.
Failure to show up on time or to work will result in immediate termination of position.
Dates of employment are September 25th through the middle of December with removals starting January 3rd through the end of February and possibly
Early March.

* Weekday positions (full time and part time)
* Weekend positions
* Weekday and weekend positions
Requirements
Must be professional and respectful of properties and clients- Must be able to follow instructions for 100% safety at all times
Must wear saftey PPE at all aplicable times! (Because We Care About Our Employees!)
Not afraid of heights!!- Must have a valid drivers license- Must have reliable transportation
18 years of age or older
Ability to work independently
Ability to be flexible as schedule becomes demanding the last few weeks of the season
Background checks will be done prior to hire.
Responsibilities
- Ability to have own transportation to meet at shop, where we will load vans and go over the itinerary for the day
- Ability to Utilize technology with iPads for layout design and production reports
- Ability to properly carry, maneuver, and climb ladders ranging in size from 4’ to 40’ (Note: ground workers will be limited to climbing certain ladders)
- Ability to communicate, take direction and record notes properly as requested
