About the Role
We are seeking a super organized and proactive Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support our leadership team and oversee the smooth operation of our small office environment. This individual will play a pivotal role in organizing and optimizing office efficiency, managing executive schedules, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed promptly.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or office manager.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especialy excel, Quickbooks and airtable would be helpful. Open also to other new office management tools being implemented.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize based on the executive’s needs.

Responsibilities
Office oranization, Lite bookkeeping, Schedualing and billing with our industry software.
